Titled, "Irises"
This yellow and lavender painting was painted on location in New Harmony, IN. I was more interested in depicting the colors and design. It was unusual to see irises in April and the weather was so warm and inviting I wanted to remember the moment. The best way for me to remember and experience a time is to paint it. It was a warm and happy moment and I hope the painting will bring happiness to its home. Irises measures 9x12" and comes in a black frame. This a very affordable original oil painting. It would make a wonderful gift or additional to ones home decor.
